Q: How many Aeroplan® Miles can I earn on each participating product?
A: You can find the mile offer located on the packaging of the participating products — it will specify the number of Aeroplan Miles associated with that purchase. The number of Aeroplan Miles will also be verified as you enter each PIN on the PIN deposit page.

Q: How many PINs can I enter at once?
A: You can enter up to 10 PINs per day. If you have more than 10 PINs to enter, you will need to return to the site on another day to enter your remaining PINs.
Q: How do I enter my PINs?
A: To enter your Nestlé-Aeroplan PINs, go to the Deposit PIN section at the centre of the website.
- Enter your Aeroplan Number and Last Name and log in
- There are two types of Nestle-Aeroplan PINs; an 11 character PIN
(example: DMJWMC78MNH) or an 20 character PIN followed by an expiry date
(example: DMJWMC78MNH-2013JA21)
- In both cases, type only the first eleven characters of your PIN into the blank field called:
“NESTLÉ-AEROPLAN PIN”
- If you attempt to enter more than 11 characters, you will be prompted with a reminder that you can enter 11 characters ONLY
- Choose the store you purchased the product from
- Click ‘Submit’
- Click the ‘Yes’ button when you have finished entering all PINs
Remember – the maximum amount of PINs you can deposit each day is 10. If you have more than 10 PINs, come back another day to deposit them.
Q: I’m having difficulty entering my PIN. What can I do?
A: PINs may only be deposited once.
If the PIN has not yet been entered, please email or call the Nestlé Support Centre. Our customer support centre will gladly assist you. If you do not speak with a live representative, your call or email will be returned to you by Nestlé within three (3) business days.
Q: The Aeroplan Miles I’ve deposited through this program do not show up on my Aeroplan Account. Why?
A: Aeroplan Miles you earn through this promotion are added to your Aeroplan Account within 72 hours of PIN deposit. Keep an eye out for all of the Aeroplan Miles you’ve earned from Nestlé and Purina participating products through your account on aeroplan.com. If you are still unclear about your miles balance, please Contact Us.
Q: Where can I find the total number of Aeroplan Miles I have accumulated?
A: This site will only show you how many miles have been awarded to you from the Nestlé-Aeroplan Program. It will not show any miles awarded to you from other Aeroplan partners or track any redemptions made with your Aeroplan Miles.
You can view your Aeroplan Miles balance and full transaction history by logging into your Aeroplan Account on aeroplan.com.
Q: My local store does not seem to have the specially marked packages with the PIN for Aeroplan Mile deposits. Where can I find the product?
A: As stores sell through existing product, they will be restocking their shelves with the specially marked Nestlé and Purina products you are looking for. Please visit the Participating Products page to view a comprehensive list of all eligible products and Aeroplan Mile offers for 2011! Stores will be receiving these products at different times so be sure to check your grocery store frequently.
Q: I am being told that my Aeroplan Number and last name do not match and I am having problems logging onto the site.
A: Please ensure there are no typing errors in your entry and that the requested information is typed as it appears in your Aeroplan profile. If the problem persists, please visit aeroplan.com or call Aeroplan at 1-800-361-5373 to speak with an Aeroplan Customer Service Agent.
Q: What are Bonus Aeroplan Miles?

Q. Where do I find my PIN?

ICE CREAM
If you purchased Nestlé Ice Cream in a tub, you can find the PIN printed on the lid.
If you purchased Nestlé Ice Cream in a multi-pack carton, you can find the PIN printed on the inside of the product package.
CHOCOLATE
Cello
If you purchased Nestlé Cello-wrapped products like Kit Kat Bites or Coffee Crisp Bites, you can find the PIN printed on the inside of the product package.
Snack Size Chocolate
Nestlé FAV*RITES 44 count, Nestlé FAV*RITES 54 count, Nestlé FAV*RITES 62 count
Locate the yellow arrow on the bottom side panel, pull the tear strip and lift the top flap to find your PIN.

If you purchase a participating Purina® product, the PIN is wrapped in cellophane and can be found in the product package.
