Rules and Regulations
Once you have located your 11 digit Nestlé-Aeroplan PIN on any of the participating products, visit www.Nestle-Aeroplan.ca and follow the online instructions. Required fields, including Aeroplan Number and surname, must be answered. Each valid PIN may be entered only once, and you may enter up to a maximum of 10 valid PINs per day. If you enter a previously submitted PIN, or an incorrect, fraudulent or otherwise invalid PIN, Nestlé Canada and Aeroplan Canada Inc. (“Aeroplan”) reserve the right to restrict or deny your right to access the PIN entry system.
In order to enter your PIN and earn your Aeroplan Miles, you must be a legal resident of Canada and an Aeroplan Member in good standing. Once your PIN has been properly entered, your Aeroplan Account will be credited with the total amount of Aeroplan Miles associated with the qualifying product, subject to Nestlé and Aeroplan verification as herein provided. Nestlé and Aeroplan reserve the right to require proof of purchase, so be sure to retain the participating product package for each PIN you submit. Nestlé and Aeroplan reserve the right to disqualify, revoke, and cancel any Aeroplan Miles which may have been awarded to any person who cannot produce, within five (5) business days of a request by Nestlé or its agents or representatives, proof of purchase (satisfactory to Nestlé) of a participating product corresponding to a PIN submitted. Furthermore, Nestlé and Aeroplan reserve the right to disqualify any individual who has submitted a previously submitted PIN, or an incorrect, fraudulent or otherwise invalid PIN or who has, in the opinion of Nestlé, acted in a commercially unreasonable manner or in any way attempted to interfere with, or improperly obtain any benefit under the offer described herein.
The awarding and use of Aeroplan Miles is subject in all respects to the terms and conditions of the Aeroplan Program which is operated by Aeroplan, in which terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. Aeroplan Miles have no cash value. Aeroplan Miles are redeemable under the Aeroplan Program for rewards and qualifying promotions. Nestlé and Aeroplan accept no responsibility for the operation, continuation or termination of the Aeroplan Program or any benefits thereunder.
By participating in this offer, you accept and agree to these Rules and Regulations. Nestlé and Aeroplan, and their respective affiliates shall have no liability for any printing, distribution, or production errors in respect of the offer. You acknowledge and agree that Nestlé and Aeroplan: (i) shall have no liability of any kind whatsoever with respect to this offer and/or the awarding of the Aeroplan Miles; (ii) make no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind concerning the offer; (iii) disclaim any implied warranty; (iv) are not liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from your participation in this offer; and (v) are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or servers, computer software problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website and assumes no liability for damage to any person’s computer resulting from participating in the offer.
Nestlé or Aeroplan may, without liability, terminate or suspend this offer, without notice, if fraud or technical failures of the website beyond the control of Nestlé corrupt the administration, integrity or security of the offer, if any other factors interfere with the conduct of this offer, or the arrangement with Aeroplan is terminated.
No entry will be credited for any PIN that is deemed to be invalid for any reason, including but not limited to, PINs not verified or recognized as valid numbers issued by Nestlé; PINs determined to be previously entered and used; or PINs incorrectly or incompletely entered or submitted.
Nestlé and Aeroplan shall have no obligation to the holder of any void PIN. Notwithstanding the abovementioned, Nestlé may, at its sole discretion and without obligation, elect to replace an illegible, ineligible or otherwise disqualified PIN with another randomly selected PIN if deemed reasonable upon request, while supplies last.
